Just got into Manmouth IL. Gained an hour today so we are now in CDT. Trip was all interstate as expected. We did have one detour when one of the bikes had a problem with its shifter. A quick stop at the nearby dealer (only 4 miles away) got it fixed. They were celebrating a 110 year anniversary and had free burgers, chips, and drinks for lunch and a really good band.
Temperatures did get to the upper 80's at the end of the day but super clear skies until late afternoon and then just a few clouds. I'll post some pictures later when we get back from dinner.
Tomorrow is a shorter day (mileage wise). Only 360 miles. Today was about 420.
